Fantastic day - great help, great weather, great turn out!  Thanks to everyone who baked, carried, stood on their feet for hours, and always with a smile.  And of course thank you to all the people who spent money to help our Library!

Welcome to Fall!

A big welcome back to school from Schoharie Free Library! A great big thanks to all those who helped make our Dig Into Reading Summer Reading Program such a blast! The Library is now kicking into “Back to School” mode and will be adding new programs monthly for all ages.

We are always looking for programming volunteers to assist us in meeting the needs of the community and are currently looking for a volunteer to facilitate a Mommy & Me program. The parameters of this program are broad in scope with the program consisting of a parent/infant(toddler) interactive program involving playtime for little ones and “Mommy time” (caregiver time) socialization for mommies/caregivers. If you are interested in facilitating this program please contact Program Director, Erika Schmid, at 295-7127.

A special programming note. For the month of September only Chess Club will be meeting the 3rd and 5th Mondays (September 16th and 30th) due to the Labor Day holiday.
